Busy business immigration firm is seeking a Paralegal and an Attorney to join our rapidly growing team to engage in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of various immigration cases. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, PERM, I-140s, AOS, EB-1, NIW, etc.) and a sound knowledge of healthcare immigration preferred. At a minimum, the applicant should have a strong interest in immigration law, the ability to prioritize and manage a caseload, excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
