Your journey begins here.   The Associate Recruitment Manager is responsible for management of the Boston, New York, and Philadelphia offices’ law school On-Campus recruitment processes and outreach, summer associate programs, as well as entry-level and experienced lawyer recruitment. This team member will provide management and oversight to a recruiting coordinator in the region. The Associate Recruitment Manager reports to the Director of Associate Recruitment and works closely with the offices’ Recruiting and Summer Associate Committees. This team member works with the Director and other managers to help set recruiting strategy and develop and deploy initiatives in the region and across the U.S.
