McGrath North is seeking to add to its growing business corporate practice group in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has 0-5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including drafting governance documents for various entity structures, providing corporate governance advice and negotiating commercial contracts, and should have an interest in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and corporate restructurings. Candidates must have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own. Candidates should expect and be comfortable with direct client interaction and advice.
